Ways You Can Help

  • Answer our 24 hour Crisis Line
  • Provide emotional support to victims during divorce, custody and other legal appointments
  • Provide childcare services while moms participate in support group activities

Want to help in other ways?

Clerical Volunteers

Assisting with copying, filing, general office work.

Blanket the Shelter

Crafting adult and children’s quilts for client rooms.  Blankets will be given to clients when they leave shelter.

Thrift Store

Creating a more attractive and shopper friendly thrift shop atmosphere.

If you are interested in working directly with clients, Peace at Home requires volunteer training. Volunteers must complete 5 hours training and 5 hours of staff shadowing.
